Default Boat storage??

Hey guys im planning on upgrading to a bigger boat this winter somwhere in the 14ft range and im gonna need a place to store it in the offseason. I live in Thornton and i was just wondering if anybody knows or has any recommendations on a good place to store it??

Are you looking for indoor or outside?
I may know someone @ Wadsworth & Pomoma that would be either out in wide front driveway or behind the fence (narrow) but it held my pop-up trailer ok. She would give a good price I'm sure.

I store my 26' 5th wheel across from Aurora Marine for $30! Cheap Cheap!!
