Default where to fish tomorrow?

Ok so I am taking a buddy fishing all day tomorrow and need some inspiration...where to fish? So we both are ok with driving a little ways (2 to 3 hrs max) and would prefer warm water species, walleye, bass, perch, crappie, white bass, catfish, etc.
So far some ideas have been pueblo, union, boyd, horsetooth. We are fishing from shore and my buddy is a novice that is getting into fishing (so someplace with decent action is best).

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

Wherever I'm not. If you see me on a lake that you're fishing, you're doomed to be skunked. It's a curse I carry.
