Default Quick trip to Pueblo

Hey guys,
Mom is officially retired now, so I got the chance to take her on more fishing trips. Looking to take her to Pueblo tomorrow (she's never been before) and looking for some quick tips to possibly get her into a few fish. We'll be fishing out of my boat and I have the equipment for any kind of fishing. I know the lake fairly well, but have limited experience this time of the year.
As always, thanks for any info you may want to share,
catfish_al

I would throw tubes or jerkbaits. Wouldn't hurt using a crawler harness either. Good luck though...I got skunked for the first time in about 4 trips last night. Horrid fishing last night.

Looks like you picked a good day to go! Average surface temp is around 45-50F...I check out www.accuweather.com and it looks like the wind will be out of the east...but who knows. Suspending jerkbaits sound like the ticket.
