Didn't say that. However I have read their studies and spent enough time on the water to know A LOT about fisheries, as well as one year of biology in college. No doubt too many small lake trout exist in blue mesa, and no doubt there is a koke decline. But tens of thousands of lost fish per year can be accounted for in the overharvest and blatant koke poaching that goes on. Dozens of people will tell you that.
We in America are smart enough to know what we want and how it should be, and we don't need a bunch of elitists in academia to decide everything for us. They think they are better than us.
