Default Poudre Water Level

Does anyone know why the Poudre is so high and where all the water is coming from?

The levels through the Fort are in the 90th percentile.

Hadn't heard about this. Maybe they're dumping Seaman Res. on the North Fork again?

Seaman just filled and is now spilling, and the North Fork is now making it to the main stem.

The north fork increase isn't enough to account for the the increase in flows (although it does contribute). My concern is that the Browns will be spawning in these higher flows and then the water will drop down to normal levels and the redds will be dry.
