Default Striper Fishing and the Weather

Thought this article might be interesting to a few folks. Yes, it relates to striper fishing in the North Atlantic, but more importantly, it relates to how weather effects a fishery. Seeing as we're in a wet weather phase (at least for the mountains), hopefully it will have a positive effect on fishing next year....
