Default places to fish

I am for a place to fish that i could just catch a lot in a short time. I dont care about the size or type of fish ill go for anything from blue gills to pike.

Sloan's lake has a ton of Crappie the size of Frisbees. Might start there. Standard worm/minnow under a bobber will do the trick.

dont listen to him. try arvada res on the north side after they stock it. leadville also has some good fishing if you want to make a drive. mostly stocker size trout but its fun. pm me if you need info on the lakes there.

Funny, I am for a place to fish that i could just catch a lot in a short time also. Come to think of it, so is everyone!

Might try this place, it is 2 miles west of I-25 on the Windsor exit, can't miss it, the road goes around it, heard theres alot of Browns in there! Good Luck!

I'm looking for a place where I can catch lots of big fish, all day long, everyday...any advice?

get some castmasters and dynamic lures and follow Slayer.

just buy the book at most major fishing tackle places and pick a lake. most of them are stocked with catchable rainbow trout and have lots of panfish that are easy to catch. someone mentioned st. vrain.. I would start there. good luck! when you finish, please come back on here and post a report of how you did.
finally a decent reply. check the DOW site for lakes that have recently been stocked. the link is below. i usually have the best luck a couple days afterwards. let the fish get settled
