Default need some feedback from those with lure retrievers

What lure retriever do you like best? 9 times out of 10 driving the boat the opposite way frees the lure. What about those times where it still won't come out? In those instances how often does a lure retriever do the trick? I plan on getting some lures stuck this week Hopefully, I'll stick some pigs too Is this one at Bass Pro as good as any: http://www.basspro.com/EZ-Lure-Retri...52869/-1003647 Or, is there another you'd recommend?

That one is perfect! That is the exact model we used all weekend. Saved us probably $200.00 bucks!

Yup. And if you need a deeper one use a chalk line for the reel.

and if you want a cheep one just get a bunch of old sparkplugs and put a snap swivel on the electrode and close the gap. when you get hung up just clip the sparkplug on your line and let it fall to your lure and a few sharp snaps of your rod will usualy knock the lure free. it isnt 100% but nearly and will work as deep as you can go

That's funny. I don't have enough old spark plugs so I'll get the one from Bass Pro.

you can get all the old sparkplugs you will ever need at any auto salvage yard and most will give them to you free if you remove them yourself

Default Spark Plugs

There is a reason some people still drive a gasoline powered V8.
