In Wyoming you have to buy a inspection sticker that helps fund the red shirt inspectors. I think you can buy it online or at the local tackle shops near glendo. Not sure what the quarantine period is at Stanley but they are one of the more stricter lakes around.

I am almost certain that there is no quarantine period for Glendo. I don't think there is any inspection either - pretty sure that they charge you for the sticker then do random inspections.

Certainly not as bad as it is at Arvada or Standley.

Quarantine for Stanley and Arvada is 14 days if you have a trailered boat/pwc. If it's a kayak or something "non trailered" they spray it off and let it dry.

We really need new legislation governing all waters across the state. It's starting to get bad, imo!! I'm all for inspections or a seal honor system, but if you have a boat that doesn't carry water or have a livewell, you should be exempt from most of these practices. Just my .02.

Yeah the inspections are hit or miss. Sometimes they're at the entrance, sometimes not. You still have to cough up $30 for the privilege of possibly getting inspected. No quarantine, they just check your boat like Chatfield.

Oh well, small price to pay to fish the best walleye water west of the Great Lakes.

At Glendo, you need a Wyo. ANS sticker.... $35, get them at most tackle shops...or online form Wyo. Game and Fish. Then when you get to the lake, you need an inspection..... go to Whiskey Gulch pay station where you will get inspected and get a receipt from the Man which you need in addition to the ANS sticker.... The week of June 11th - 18th, the Game and Fish was out in force checking everything from limits, sizes, safety equip, AND ANS Stickers and inspections..... just a heads up...
