Default poudre ?

Can someone clarify for me what section of the poudre is artificial only and what section is bait allowed?

RECREATION: wildlife viewing.
FACILITIES: rest rooms.

a. Boating prohibited except craft propelled by hand, wind or electric motor.
b. Camping prohibited except in Laramie River camping area.

1. Artificial flies and lures only.
2. Bag and possession limit for trout is 4.

Long Draw Creek (La Poudre Pass Ck) and Reservoir - Larimer County

May Creek - Larimer County
a. Fishing prohibited from headwaters to Poudre River.

Poudre River - Larimer County
a. From Rocky Mountain National Park to Joe Wright Ck:
1. Artificial flies and lures only.
2. Bag and possession limit for trout is 2.
b. Section I - from upper boundary of Big Bend CG downstream to Black Hollow Ck, and Section
II - from Wboundary of Hombre Ranch (below Rustic) downstream to Pingree Park Rd/bridge:
1. Artificial flies and lures only.
2. All trout must be returned to the water immediately.
Poudre River, N Fork - Larimer County
From Bull Ck (above Halligan Res) upstream to Divide Ck:
a. Artificial flies and lures only.
b. All trout must be returned to the water immediately.
From Milton Seaman Res downstream to Poudre River:
a. Artificial flies and lures only.
b. All trout must be returned to the water immediately.
Poudre River, S Fork - Larimer County
From Rocky Mountain National Park downstream 1 mile:
a. Fishing prohibited.
POUDRE RIVER SFU - Larimer County
From Laporte, go 5 miles N on Hwy287 to Hwy14, then 38 miles W. 460 acres.
FISHING: coldwater stream.
RECREATION: picnicking, hiking, wildlife viewing, limited tours.
FACILITIES: rest room.
RESTRICTIONS:
a. Camping, dogs, boat launching and takeouts prohibited.
b. Hunting prohibited in designated safety zone, as posted.
POUDRE RIVER SWA - Larimer County
From Laporte, go 5 miles N on Hwy287 to Hwy14; then go 1.5 miles W. 395 acres.
HUNTING: deer, rabbit.
FISHING: coldwater stream.
RECREATION: rafting, picnicking, hiking, wildlife viewing.
FACILITIES: rest room, raft take-out.
RESTRICTIONS:
a. Camping prohibited.
b. Discharging firearms or bows prohibited except when hunting.
c. Habitat stamp not required on parts posted as city of Fort Collins open space.

Sheep Creek, E & Wforks - Larimer County
From headwaters to Poudre River:
a. Artificial flies and lures only.
b. All cutthroat must be returned to the water immediately.

WATSON LAKE SFU - Larimer County
From Ft. Collins, go 7 miles NW on Hwy287 to Rist Canyon Rd (CR2; go 1 mile.
FISHING: coldwater stream.
RECREATION: limited tours.
FACILITIES: rest room.
RESTRICTIONS:
a. Hunting, dogs prohibited.
b. Closed along Wbank of Poudre River next to employee housing.

Williams Gulch - Larimer County
a. From headwaters to Poudre River: Fishing prohibited.
