I don't think there are any reels for 2 pound test like that.

Look at the Abu Garcia (for life) line. The Cardinal 300u, while it doesn't show 2 lb, has 7 bearings, DOESN"T freeze up, and is reel small. $40 I think. However, don't know what a bait feeder, or a bait runner is.

the bait runner/feeder is a secondary drag system that after you cast and flip the bail back over it disengages the preset drag and basicaly lets you freeline with little or no tension. as soon as you start reeling the main drag kicks back in to the preset drag. we used to use them back in the salt fishing with live sardines, you could let the bait run without worrying about line on the reel coming off in a mess and causing tangles. worked great for other bait fishing kinda like backing your drag way off or fishing with an open bail but no wories of line tangles

Thanks, really! Good to know. The Abu doesn't do that. Why would you want one so light to do that?

I am sure glad colonative brought that up, so I wouldn't be forced to reveal my own ignorance.

Are other companies making them now? I only say that Okuma was making bait feeders

It's definetly for saltwater, although I know some of those reels are rated for as low as 15 lb. test.

I have also thought of rigging it with 10 lb. test and giving it a try it here.
