I know the lake LTR doesn't like letting any info out but does shiner meat work just as well? Them lakers sure do love them some sucker meat.

Yup, just up 285. Wellington outside of Bailey. Like $10 to enter. All the suckers you want. All you gotta do is catch em. I caught 1, nice 1 tho, perfect size. Targeting suckers, what a concept. Heck, I'll go with ya, I'll even drive.

Caught that Splake, yup a Splake then the wind blew us off. So in Wellington we have Brookies, Splake, Slimers, Big ol Browns, Palamino's and suckers. Go figure. Was closed for a year and a half, gotta be a pig in there somewhere's.

IMO it works better. alot easier to rip a half frozen one in half and put it on the hook as opposed to trying to cut up some slimy and scaly-ass sucker that's turned to mush in the freezer.
