Default Colorado Outdoors

Did anyone else read through the Preference point issue, I thought it was enlightening to see the image of Colorado fishing, back of cover, a lady fly fishing in a cowboy hat, page 2 Winter midging fly fishing write up, page 10 another winter fly fishing write up, page 32 Off season Blues, fly fishermen complaining about nothing to do this time of year with the only mention of ice fishing is a criticizing remark about how its a very different sport that doesn't lend itself to catch and release. Nothing against the fly fishing crowd but other then the hunting info I thought it was a pretty lame image of Colorado fishing.

Yup, it's status quo for the publication. Their revenue (at least in their opinion) comes almost entirely from people who like to catch little a$$ trout.

That's because the people who wrote it are effing morons with a wiggle stick shoved sideways up their ass.

Funny but I have been ice fishing for over twenty years and have released alomost every fish I have caught! They need to educate themselves on how we take fish through the ice!

I still enjoy their magazine. However, I only pick up useful info in one of four issues..

Bring back Coloradofisherman.com magazine!!!
