Fly fishing?

Go with BIG wooly buggers in green or black.

Spin fishing, Red/Wht. Mepps, Rapala plugs in both gold and silver, Kastmaster, they don't work for me but do for a lot of guys.

Daredevil spoons and Thomas Bouyants.

If their not eating any of this stuff, go to Hartsel and get a Big Fat Buffalo burger with fresh cut fries and grilled onions and mushrooms........it's sometimes better than the fishing and always available.

I like to use powerbait and worms....
Sometimes I add a marshmallow on to the worms to make it sure it floats.
Also like a 14-20 size treble hook... Don't lose many that way.

#3 mepps in silver or gold catches both pike and trout. #9 countdown rap, or an HD trout. don't forget daredevles too.

Make sure you get the small colored marshmallows they work better than white.

lol, and be absolutely sure and not purchase a fishing license for this year and make sure you have a good sturdy stringer. Keep everything
