I would just leave that stuff in the car until you fish 11 mile.

if it were me i wouldent bring any at all, heres why. about 3 years ago i came home from a visit overseas and wanted to fish spinney. my pops came up from pueblo and met me there in his boat. we took out all the PB and left it in his truck. as he was getting his boat inspected on the way out a ranger came up and started talking to us and noticed it in the back of his truck. gave us the "you know you cant use that here" speech. we told him what we did and he was kind of cool about it. he ended up saying "how do i know you dident take it out fo your boat when you trailed up?" he made a good point, but i think at the time he was just looking to write tickets. in the end we just got a refresher on the sign in front of the pay station. just my 2 cents

Well you may get harassed, but they have to catch you in the act, possessing bait in fly and lure only waters isn't against the regs in Colorado. Only using it is. Still would be a good idea though to prevent some power tripping rentacop from giving you garbage.

Carry your plastics in unmarked bags to so no one will accuse you of scented stuff, which is irrelevent anyway but not to the wackies in Colorado.

If you want a good chance at both, use a 2/5 ounce daredevle, a #9 panther martin, or a #9 countdown rapala twitched over the weed tops.
