Default Walleye on Spinnerbaits?

Anyone ever caught one on a spinnerbait? I have read many accounts of people who have caught them while bass fishing, but I never have?

I have spent countless hours in Kansas, Colorado and Smith Mountain Res. in Virginia throwing them and have never had a walleye hit them.

Also just curious, what is your favorite spinnerbait? About three years ago I got rid of all my cheap generic spinnerbaits and replaced them. I started out using the Terminater brand and really liked them. My favorite now are the Nichols Pulsaters in 3/8 oz! They cast like a rocket and really throw out alot of Flash! I have also caught more Pike at Spinney and 11-Mile on the smaller models than the big spinnerbaits?

I caught a walleye on a spinnerbait down at Pueblo years ago-its the only one. When I throw a spinnerbait (not much anymore) I go with a tandem or a double willow in 1/4 or 3/8 oz. I like the titanium ones best-I think the thinner/more flexible wire puts out more flash and vibration. White/chartreuse or a shad color on the skirt, one silver blade, one gold or both silver.

I think fish get wise to a spinnerbait pretty fast-down at Pueblo you'll wear your casting arm out if thats all you fish with. Jigs and soft plastics are the way to go for bass that have "graduated".

I once caught a 4lb trout at Aurora on a spinnerbait. The next day I got a 6.5lb bass on the same bait. I should have fished the next day for a walleye

I have my best luck with them when there is a good chop on the water and the bass can't get a good look at them.

My friends grandfather catches walleye on spinnerbaits at McConaughy. He said the walleyes key on alewives and a white spiiner bait mimics the bait perfect.

Thats intesting!!! My family lives NorthCarolina and they have a lake house on Smith Mountain Res. The forage base there is Alewifes and that is what we use for striper bait. I have caught small stripers, white bass, and lots of smallies on a 3/8 oz tandem blade Nichols pulsator with white blades! The water there is the clearest warm water fishery I have ever fished.

No walleyes on spinnerbaits but caught some big crappie
at Cedar Bluff, Ks. while fishing for bass.
White w/silver colorado blades.
I actually saw a bass and a crappie at the same time
nearly collide when they were going after the spinnerbait.
As luck would have it, niether one of them got hooked.

I also caught a 9lb Channel Cat at my Uncles farm in Missouri on a single blade chartruese/blue spinnerbait. He must of mistaken it for a Bluegill?

I have caught Channel cats in the Mississippi on spinnerbaits while fishing for SM Bass. Last yeat I caught an 18" Channel Cat on a small spinnerbait while fishing for largemouth at Dixion reservior. I've caught walleye on cranks and stuff while fishing for smallmouth but never on a spinnerbait.

I fished Cedar Bluff resevoir frequently when I lived in KS and I would occasionally catch a walleye off of the damn using a mini strike king fishing for wiper and white bass. It always seemed to happen after dusk though.
