I'm pretty sure you can take a non motorized boat on the pond on the NE corner of I-70 and Ward Rd. I've wanted to take my canoe in there but I'm to lazy to carry it back up the trail. I'm not sure about the other ponds.

This link says that non motorized boats are allowed:

The regs pike posted are law, but are up for interpretation by the law enforcement officers patrolling the area! I have seen sheriff deputies booting canoes off the pond because they are considered boats which are prohibited even though the were hand propelled...guess it depends on the officer that patrols that day!!! Also remember that the back pond is private and no fishing is allowed there at all!

Do you know how many times I've driven by there and seen people fishing it? Literally 9 times outta 10.
