Default Jumbo boat ramp open?

I can't find any updates on this any where. I am going out there on Sunday and want to launch.

Any updates?

From the first post that came out on the 10th in the above thread...

The CPW stated in a release that it cannot perform any translocation or salvage operations as an organization due to the existence of quagga mussles, an invasive species in the reservoir.
Anglers are being encouraged to heavily fish the reservoir, which is off Highway 76 northeast of Sterling, so long as they have a valid Colorado fishing license. No commercial angling will be allowed.
The end date of the salvage has not been announced, but current size, bag and possessions limits for all species will be removed until that time.
Jumbo Reservoir - Water levels are dropping at Jumbo but the reservoir is still accessible to large boats via the boat ramp. Park staff anticipates that without significant rainfall to increase inflows, the reservoir may drop below boat ramp levels in approximately three to four weeks. Meanwhile, fishing has slowed due to warmer temperatures.About: - Directions: Take I-76 to the Red Lion exit (#155). Go 3 miles north to Highway 138, then 1 mile northeast to County Road 95, then 2 miles north to the reservoir.
Fee: $3 daily; $20 annual; $5 replacement

I just felt it was better to ask. I have had "estimates" go wrong before. Don't want to drag a boat out if it can't be launched.
