Default Inflatable PFD

I'm looking for recommendations on automatic or manual PFDs. Two of my friends drown and I've been putting it off because of the cost, but what cost can you put on a life. I'm looking for one that is light weight and rechargeable, I want to spend $100 to $200 I've looked on line at the ones Basspro has and I'm looking at the one that is manual and automatic. Been hearing of too many drownings this year, please wear you PFDs. Two lives take from us too early;

I have the suspender manual model. Haven't' had to pull the yellow handle but the vest is comfortable and I wear it in my boat or canoe.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. I'm curious about the self inflation vests when used with a float tube.
