Default Talking the talk, walking the walk!

I've turned over a new leaf when it comes to fishing trips. In the past I've just been real cautious about being confident in my abilities to catch fish. Well those days are over. I have come to the conclusion that negative/neutral energy will no longer plague me into having crappy or mediocre days on the water. Positive and confident vibes will be as important as new line on my reels from now. This should be interesting as I head to a new body of water. More importantly, fishing for a species of fish that I am not accustomed to. It should be interesting reading once Hooknline posts up tomorrow's report. It's Confidence/Hotspotting 101 at its best. An entire group of anglers fished a tourney at this lake with not really good success. No Hotspotting. Just hitting a lake we have never fished with limited info. After this trip, hopefully I will lose the the title so eloquently given to me, hotspotter. Stay tuned to the next episode of Hotspotting 101. Lmao

Good luck with that Oscar!...bwahahahahahahahhaa...hope you and Tony find at least one monster each...I thought Tony was the biggest nut job until I was commenting to GoFindYourOwnDamnCrazyOneDayTrip about your guy's adventure and an 8 hour round trip in a day plus fishing...GoFindYourOwnDamnCrazyOneDayTrip did Flaming Gorge in one day...get up and drive 405 miles one way to launch at daylight, fish all day and drive back the 405 miles...sounds like a good idea for a thread...

At mile 600 I'd be so cross eyed I'd be driving in reverse in the median! I call that the Julesburg hour. LOL

For 810 miles in a day plus fishing I can almost drive home to Minnesota...you are wacked!...plus you were pulling a boat...and it was to test a lure creation of yours...bwahaahahahaha couldnt wait for ice out!...

I think you could petition it to be covered as a disease by your health insurance!!!...they might be a copay to cover gasoline!!!...

Ha ha! I think it was March 12, 2005 and I needed to test my first ever homemade soft plastic. I was the only boat on the lake. Only had one hit all day and I lost it. But the teeth marks told me what I needed to change, and the next time up there I popped a 27# on that bait in the first 15 minutes.

So it was well worth those 13 hours of driving!

We all know you got skill, no need to hide it!

But wow... 405 mile one way to smack some fish for a day? I like your style

I always have supreme confidence that I will catch fish. Doesnt always work out, but I have the same feeling every trip-

Knowing when and how to adjust, trusting your gut and confidence are what make KVD the best.

Negative/neutral energy. Positive and constant vibes. Really?

Glad you caught some fish.
