Default pueblo water level

i was asked how pueblo is holding up?
well the lake is 22 1/2 feet low, so it is a little lower than normal at this time. last year when they shut the flow down on nov.15th we were at 21 feet low. we arn't getting much help from rain. they slowed the flow some about a month ago and we only lost about 2 feet in the last month, if the flow stays about the same we should go into winter at about 29-30 feet low or 9 feet lower than last year. all in all we are doing better than you guys up north

Low but stable now but what happens when the ads pipeline gets to running? What happens to our reservoir in the fall when we are in a drought.

I actually kind of like to fish the lake when its low-less water to cover and there are fewer spots that will hold fish.

Don't want to see it get too low. We need a decent snopack this winter.

the SDS pipe line won't change things much. the water that colo spgs takes out now from the arc at BV will be a lot less and more will come to p-lo and a lot of water that has been released by CS and not used will be sent through the pipe line and then released down fountain creek. what we might see is more fluctuation. a lot of the water in the lake is not owned by CS
