I have a few times. Sometimes excellent, others nothing at all. Its been years since I have been, but if you like to walk, you should really enjoy this one. As long as its not too busy, it can be very serene (sp?)

Which end are you thinking of fishing? The S. Platte inlet, or the creek inlet?

I've fished the bear creek inlet several times in the past 2 years. Requires a 8 mile/hike or bike from waterton canyon. It's real tough access around the lake. I caught 27 10" perch there one day but have only caught 2 perch in 3 other trips. Little browns, splake to 15",some decent bo's to 17".
