Tangler, we go up there 3rd week of April every year. The fishing is usually very good. Baetis are almost always going off. Cicadas begin to show them selves on the B section, however never great as early as we're up there. One to 2 weeks later and they might be great! The weather always seems to bring in cold wet weather but often at least a nice day. Kinda sporadic I guess! Hope that helps!

Good catfishing, maybe some pike is the backwaters. Lot's of good trout fishing approx 40 miles to west (Thousand Lakes or Joes Valley area).

Have a beer and a burger at Ray's Tavern in Green River. Good stuff.

Hippies have no business in Utah...

When you go, take lots of your own alcohol, and none of your weed.
