i used to have one, they pretty much sucked. that side sonar would go off non-stop everytime i would paddle my float tube by shore.. i couldn't sell that thing fast enough hoping to get my money back on it.. i hope you have better luck

there are some great "side view" sonar applications out there, the fishing buddy is not one of them..lol.. at the time they seemed cool, especially if you had a float tube
