Backs of the seats are 23" H. I've seen lower and higher backed seats out there.
If you are referencing about the Springfield mounting bracket accessories, no they are not included with the seats, used on our new seats. Two of the seats have mounting hardware in the seat for the adjustable plate and the other two have mounting hardware in the seat for a standard plate. Check out Springfield's website for more information on there mounting options.
