Craigs list has them ranging from about $15 - $5000+, depends on what you want to spend, what condition you'd like the raft in, and what your use will be.  The more expensive ones have fishing frames whereas the cheaper ones are more for whitewater rafting.  Sounds like rafting is what you're after carrying 4 people, check it out:

Yeah I looked on CL saw a few , Im really just looking for transportation on the river and gettting out when I see good spots that arent on private land. So Im not looking to spend too much money. Also Im kinda new to raft scene can any raft be floated on a river or are there river and lake types.

Well the short answer is No, not all rafts are made for rivers. I am no expert, not even close, you might want to checkout this site:

http://www.mountainbuzz.com

and ask questions there. That site is kind of geared toward kayaking, but lots of rafters are on there too and I'm sure you can get a ton of help.

DO NOT buy one of those Sevylor (spelling?) rafts and put it in a river, or any walmart, sports authority, or Dick's sporting goods rafts, that would be asking for trouble. There are numerous brands that you could stick to, like Aire (again not sure of spelling) and Hyside come to mind for instance.

This is something I would not skimp on personally, get a quality raft.
