Default Any fish tank enthusiasts?

I've got a 55gal freshwater tank setup - primarily full of Convict Cichlids. And quite honestly they have bred themselves into overcrowding the tank.

Tried Craigslist but everyone flakes out - I'd be willing to give several away to thin out my tank given that you have a legitimate setup. I have about 25 or so in there - from 1-5" males and females.

And no, I'm not giving them out for bait, or releasing them into ponds! Lol

Convicts breed like rabbits! I had an Oscar and a redtail catfish that always kept them in "balance"!

Well, of course it is no help to you because I live on the other side of the hill. We still have 2 mom and pop shops here and they get 100% of my business.

Try fish palace, todds tropical fish, or south Broadway tropicals. Convicts are hard to even give away lol, many people breed them just for feeders.

Thanks - they quit breeding now, they all get eaten, I started with two, and a full batch grew up overpopulating the tank

If you still have some the next time I'm in town I could take a few off your hands...they would be used as feeders though, so only if your cool with that.
