Default Smoky Mountains - where can i find easy brookies?

Heading to the Smokies and wondering where I can hook into some brookies? I was planning on bringing the travel spin rod and throwing small spinners unless you tell me otherwise.

Just wanting to photograph the brookies for their colors. Not looking for size. Thanks.
