Default Astoria salmon fishing charter in July?

Ok. Before the old guard comes on and say "why the f should we help a New b with 10 posts just to let you know I posted several hundred posts a few years ago over 5 or so years as brown-time. Only changed my handle cause I catch more eater panfish n bass n walleye now that My old love Blue Mesa is now just a shell of it's former self. I've given lots to the forum in the past and some of the old guard and new guard knows me. Testified at several Angler's RT when ol Pilotfly n Bobco were about the only other guys that showed up about the Blue netting n general killing in general. Sorry to be that way but some of ya'll run others off but the amazing knowledge here brought me back. Anyone have good insight for the right kinda guide out of Astoria Oregon this July that could limit on coho a few kings without some of the crap I've heard about? I've overall had super guide experience but the trip is too short to waste a day like the one sorry experience I did have. Thanks in advance for any help. Already got the walleye trip booked and dang excited about that!

I thought I recognized the picture. Welcome back BT, Digginjiggin, or Jerry. I never left out of Astoria when I went salmon fishing. Always drove down to Depoe Bay and went out from there. I used Tradewind Charters and always had good experiences with them. I miss the salt water fishing after living there for 18 years. We always went out at least once a year for black bass, crabbing, ling cod and whatever else we could dredge up. Sorry I can't help you with Astoria but the trip over the bar always concerned me there at the mouth of the Columbia so we always used Tradewinds out of Depoe Bay.....just a bit further south along the coast. Lots of nice hotels/motels in Lincoln City as well as a casino if that holds any interest.
