Damn BTFM whores...
Thought that was against the "rules" of the forum?
Hope you come up with a paper that has a few main things we should shoot for.
Not a total unorganized cluster

Against the rules of the forum... how? Some anglers being proactive in trying to get as many people as possible to attend the meeting and hopefully have a positive outcome?

Well done Neal!

I see nothing wrong with it since it is announcing an event for our members, not a competing forum, not selling services or bashing our home forum! Since it is an online magazine there is a lot of good info for a lot of our members!

I am not promoting any site over another! I cut and pasted that blog or linked to it everywhere I can. My only objective is to get as many people there that I can! I figure this is really our last chance to do anything meaningful for Wiper fishing in Colorado! I could care less if you guys like me or not!!!! But don't let that keep us from saving this program.

Is it possible to see stocking totals for 2015 compared to other years that show the decline in wiper stockings. Otherwise I will just be assuming the numbers are down

With the Texas and Oklahoma egg source just coming back on line, you can pretty much assume there are some big year class holes in the biomass. Also all the S. Platte reservoirs were damaged by the drought. There are still big wipers in PLO and I caught a 4" wiper this summer that I assume is from the 2015 stocking of 600,000 fry? Pueblo has gotten fry 5 of the last 6 years I think.

We need more emphasis on fingerlings instead of fry. Much higher survival rates.

all of the bios from the front range will be there and will have the information we will need to ask good questions. it seems that we need to get them to understand that what we want is to bring back a good bio mass of wipers in our eastern lakes
