Did the motor come with a manual? Do you know the correct gap to set the spark plugs at? Do you know the right gas/oil mix ratio? Is the primer bulb in the gas line holding pressure OK? Just trying to save you a buck or two.

recommendations on outboard motor repairs

hey guys,gals I have a 25 mercury outboard that I recently purchashed along with the boat. It was running fine till a couple days ago changed out spark plugs and got new fuel but it doesnt want to start anymore sometimes it does but most of the times it doesnt any suggestions on where i can take it to have it looked at? thanks
