Issue yourself a citation with a fine of $30. Pay your your fine at the local liquor store and take two 12-packs of Colorado craft beer home. Then contemplate your criminality and resolve to not be a repeat offender.

keep whatever you want as long as you're legal, but just because it's legal doesn't make it right. some food for thought if you continue to post on this forum, or ask people for help, post reports, etc.

you're missing the point.
gross like most mountain lakes... is a sucker's paradise. they put in tiger muskies because they grow fast, and have the voracious appetites of their parents without the risk of them taking over a lake unchecked like pike sometimes has a tendency to do... IE they put them in to control sucker or other populations of fish. Same with wipers, splake, tiger trout, etc. they also put in relatively few tiger muskies in gross as fingerlings. from there, after mortality and predation, you can imagine how few there actually are in that lake.
the overall attitude on this site here is that Colorado fishing sucks and could be alot better if managed more fairly towards the desires of all fishermen who come here, which is why people hold contempt for the CPW and how they go about maintaining the fisheries.. hence why fishermen who "get it", tend to be more vigilant with selective harvest. so it's not the smartest move here, to post a picture of a big tiger muskie on a stringer.
