For long term members, I'm sure many of you remember badanimals. A forum member told me she died in her sleep on Sunday. I liked her. She was a fun loving, nice person. I'm sure she will be missed by those that knew her. Sad...too young to die.
Wow, that is sad. Brought back some memories of the old forum, she was very active - and feisty. Ran with FishnPhil a lot, having fun and living life. RIP Nicole.
That was a great trip! Not sure if they grow like that anymore but those were the days. Your fish was a hog and the guy who helped land that fatty is a pretty cool dude!
That's very sad to here about one so young passing on, I remember some of her posts but never met her in person. My sympathy and thoughts to those who knew and loved her.
Thanks for posting this Dave, I wanted to but haven’t been on this forum in a long time. I hadn’t seen Nic in a long time probably since my wedding day. After seeing her post on Facebook, she stilled loved to fish, and was very proud of her dogs. She will be missed, rest in piece Nicole
The saddest of news she was always so full of life one of the kindest smart asses I have ever met. I am so blessed that I got to fish with BadAnimuls. When she joined the forum she hadnt been fishing for very long but picked it up at hyperspace speed. She was hollow and could make food disappear like Joey Chestnut makes hot dogs disappear. The ice fishing get together at Antero that Colonative spoke of was one of those blessed trips...it was 26 degrees when we went over Wilkerson Pass and when we arrived at Antero it was minus 30 and she never complained about the cold, she just hung out in the "Hut of Hags" with Colonative's sister Deb. She always caught fish. The walleye trip with Odger's Guiding Service where again she ate 3 times her weight and turned Chad's boat into a pistachio bar...ah the golden days of the forum. The picture below is from my fishing wall at work, I scanned it in but not sure how to crop it and make it bigger. Even in its pathetic size the brilliant Nicole smile still comes thru! She was the best and one of the kindest people, heaven got a "beauty" as Doug Moe used to say. You are missed rest in peace Nicole!
Here is a couple of past BadAnimals adventure threads, in ESPN vernacular...Instant Classics!!
I just joined this forum like 30 minutes ago, so sorry about the loss of a cherised one. I never knew her or him, but, my best positivity to those that knew. OMG, I lived in Castle Rock from 2004 to 2014, I wonder if I ever saw her at King Soopers or somewhere , now this one hits home. A Castle rock member and friend. Sorry for your loss.
I just read through all the posts in memory of Badanimal, sounds like a good person; I never knew her, wish I had.
