There are a LOT of people who can't tie a Copper John in five minutes...

I am confident that most realistic flies end up in shadow boxes... there are a few realistics that are actually
quick ties, like ants, midge larvae/pupae, and worms...

Whatever floats yer boat...

I'm with ya on that one... If it takes more than 5 minutes to tie, its not worth making. Also, if you're afraid it will fall apart after 2 fish? Its not worth making.
