I called this morning and yes the ramp is open. When I was there Tuesday, the ranger that sealed my boat said they were closing it. Call before you go.

buscheacker Fished Barr on Tuesday and tonight (thurs) in boat. Ramp is open. They did a bunch of dirt work on sides of ramp by laying in big rip rap and that may have been why it was shut down, but it looked like they were done with that.

Barr Lake ramp

The rangers closed the ramp at Barr lake yesterday because of the low lake level.
