Yes ive seen some of those beast at lake roosevelt, very jealous. Problem about the carolinas is over fishing and greedy anglers keeping more than they will ever eat and end up goving away fish. This is keeping the size down from where it could be. I wont be crappie fishing much in colorado, i am a capable walleye angler, so will target them. I want to venture from my comfort zone and catch some trout, catch my first ever musky, and do some pike trips. Will see how it goes. Tim

Recent crappie fishing in the carolinas
Not to much longer until the move to the springs. I will say, i am going to miss my friends in the crappie fishing community down here in the southeast. Hard to best the crappie foshing community, they really taught me the ins and outs of the seasonal patterns to catch them year round. Friends like this are hard to come by. This time of year in clearwater lakes, crappie will be any stained water or holding tight on brush and structure. I normally dont post fishing reports in a traditional manner, i put together these video fishing reports.
