Uni Knot for me as well. Go through the eye twice if you're worried about it, I rarely do though.

I learned the palomar just for braided line. Get the line wet and it's pretty simple to tie. I use the Uni splice for attaching tippet to the braid and that knot works great.

Uni knot is easy to tie and incredibly strong!

Uni knots work just fine with braid for me. I have not broke on a fish in a very long time.
If you break on a snag with a uni knot, chances are you would prolly break with any other knot too....

For your frog fishing I would recommend that you bump your braid up to 65lb.
