Will do there fishinkid. Got all info on lake from freind at work and should catchem good. I'm ready and can't get out of town soon enough to lake... just iching to fish lake. will call bait store to find out conditions today...

try an orange and chartruese lip-stick jig by northland tackle 1/4oz to 3/8oz,tip it with a fathead hooked thru the lips, bang-it on the bottom to created a mud cloud,lift it 6" above and wait..killer!

Thanks guy for input on rooms. fishing the dam area thats kinda were i was thinking of starting. thanks fishslayer... Well if fishing is sucking will try to work with fish. see if they might be just a little bit hungry. Still can't go to bad. better than working... Oh yah any lures i should think of bringing to lake?

That is near the outlets for the lake, in the summer you can see the minor vortex current made by it. It is strong enough to turn a boat slowly.

If you do fish by the dam. Fish the south side when it gets shady! That should happen some time after lunch. Be careful there also! I have seen the ice do some really weird things there! Green Mnt is right. The guys at Howards suck!!!!!!

If it were I going, I'd seriously consider fishing near the dam. Easy access, lots of structure,lots of different fish, not that much walking. Kinda-sorta out of the wind a little bit

Yea they suck for sure! 7-8 $$ for a bundel of fire wood. Think they have a dirty gene pool. NO Really they do..
