Thanks for the suggestions.

It was a Colorado angler who told me about the pattern in general terms--so it may be a local pattern.

I'll contact Gary at Ghillies and see if he knows about it.

I have heard of it. Isn't a local pattern? Gary at Ghillies fly shop in C.S. was telling me a story about it. I can't remember the darn story though. I'll have to ask him again or heck, just give him a call and ask him about it. You might give him a chuckle.

Information/recipe for a fly called "Dougie" or "Dougee"??

I was wondering if anyone had information or a recipe for a fly called a "Dougie"--i.e. the name "Doug" plus "ee" an the end.

I am told it is a nymph. It involves using pheasant tail, antron yarn, and silver wire.

No luck so far googling it.

Maybe I have the name or spelling wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
