Carter only lets you keep one walleye and it has to be within their slot size limit.

Horsetooth lets you keep four, and one of the four can be bigger than the slot.

With either one, be sure you understand their rules or it will cost you money.

Better yet, try Boyd, they still go by the state limit of 5. All 5 have to be at least 15 inches. The same is true of Lon Hagler and Lonetree, except for some reason I can't catch eyes at either one.

Carter or Horsetooth???

Just found out, I can get tommorrow off. Big question? Do I go to Carter or Horsetooth to get into some fall eyes? I know it's late notice, but I haven't heard much about either of these lakes lately. Supposed to be a perfect day weather wise! Help me out guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
