Fished about 6 hours on 11 mile trying for kokanee. Went straight out from launch into 61 fow. Very few fish--probably marked 15-20 swimming through the depthfinder cone and saw 2 on a camera I put down. The 2 I saw were salmonoids, but too far away to see if trout or kokanee. Most fish swam throiugh from 20 to 40 down. None came close enough for me to try to trigger a bite. About 5 other guys fished farther to the west who, I assume, were fishing trout or kokanee. They left before I could talk to any of them. Lots of fun trying to put up a pop-up shelter in 30 mph wind, but I eventually got it done. Thank goodness for ice anchors.
