afisherman-Right you are. Call me old fashopned but if you come to this country (legally I hope) you have an obligation to learn the language. Its in your best interest anyway -all of the better jobs can only be had if you speak English.
The fishing line just tied around the hand or a can, FYI is called a bolo I believe. Maybe somebody can correct me if this is wrong. I don't even agree with some of the areas they have made flies and lures only but the rules are the rules and I will abide by them even when I don't agree. Ed
