Ed just mentioned he was headed there for the pike, so maybe he knows something? The water temps are on the rise this is definately a good thing. Also Slayerfish posted a nice 31.5 incher he pulled out in one of his reports.
From now until the third week in June is prime time. After that the big girls will be out in deepper water off the deeper end of the flats and the island tips. I plan on going several times in the next few weeks.
Just make sure if you catch a bigger one that you throw it back. Don't overharvest the pike.
For lures in this clear, pressured lake, try 5" super flukes in white color. That or jointed rapalas weighted with split shot.
