Well....At least for Paul and one of his cousins there was a payoff lol...The rest of us could only land the yellow perch.

Got to go out the day after Xmas to go fish 11 mile reservoir with Paul Sauer and a few of his cousins. Great times on the hard water with lots of laughs and some BIG fish too...Paul landed a near MA Cutbow and his cousin got a 30" Pike!! This was our first time ever fishing here, so we were very greatful to have some people show us the ropes, so to speak.

Weather was agreeable, cold in the when we showed up but felt like spring by the mid morning. It's been an incredible time branching out to new water and meeting/fishing new people over these past few weeks!

Glad to have you over on this side of the divide. 11-mile is a tough lake! It can be very rewarding but be prepared for many a grind.

Thank you Pikester! Really appreciate the kind words...Haha Paul warned us it can be very grindy, especially past early ice. It was a great time and we're happy to get some lakes crossed off the list. We should be back next year for early ice!
