I've got a 1996 Bronco I'd love to either trade for a boat, or sell so I can buy one-  Here's the scoop:
It's a 1996 Bronco XLT (all power features) with 72,000 miles.  This was a former Border Patrol vehicle and it's seen some serious off road time, but that might be a good thing if you're looking for a vehicle you won't mind taking through the brush and rocks.  It rides unbelievably nice on rough roads.  I'd like to get rid of it because I don't use it much, and I'd much rather have a boat if I'm going to be spending $$ on a project.

What's sad is that most of the things that are wrong with it were caused by lack of use...

It has an oil leak that needs dealt with and the front end needs to be taken apart and inspected because it has been squeaking.  The A/C isn't working (due to a bad diode?).  It starts right up and runs fine, but it will not pass an emissions test!  I've been thinking of getting it painted to help it sell, but once I do that the asking price will go up too.

It has quite a few new parts, and the new parts and the tires (Pro Comp M/T 35x12.50x15's) have less than 1,500 miles  on them.  It does have the limited slip rear differential along with Warn hubs, a K&N air filter, Bilstein front shocks, Rancho rear shocks, a 3.5 inch Rancho suspension lift, a 3 inch body lift, a Gibson single cat-back exhaust, Rock Crawler black powder-coated wheels, a Super Duty radiator (1 gallon extra capacity over the stock rad.), new A/C compressor & condenser, and a new power steering pump... that's all I can think of right now.

For a cash sale I'm looking for $2000, and for a trade I'd like a 14-16' boat with a useable motor and trailer.  I might consider other trades as well.  I'm located in Grand Junction.

If you're interested drop me an email at [email protected] or call me at (970) 208-7966 and let me know.

Finally, here's a pic of the Bronco.
