Started on the East above Roaring Judy. Buggers for me and HD's for the wife. We caught both bows and browns. Headed up the Taylor and it was the same story for me, aggressive browns killing the streamers but no love on HD's. Headed down to Gunnison and hit a new spot for me. The bottom of the river was covered in salmon. I was not planning on chasing them so I didn't have the right flies. I managed one on a black bugger. As is normal this time of year, every wide spot had at least one vehicle and there was not a parking spot to be had at the hog trough.
