Na... Sage are good.. Orvis I can't stand.. Both rods are to fast for me... I'm guessing your using it for dry fly fishing? I would go with something with a medium action for your short delicate presentations. Also medium actions give more when casting heavier flies Scott makes a good medium action at that price the "A2" as well as jp ross fly rods

I know I posted this topic before but my budget has gone up. So if I was to get a 3wt and had about $250-$300 to spend what would you reccommend? St petes has a sage 3wt for $250. I need to mess around with it and cast it but that seems to be the way I'm leaning.
