Fished about 430 to 9 and ended up with these two. Smaller guy came on a rapala clackin' craw, big one on an orange bellied shad rap. Also had something smaller on a white curly tail grub but that came off ten feet out.

Wasn't carrying anything to measure but the second was easily my best bass.

Saw two other guys catch a couple largemouth and what may have been a shad

Definitely hoping not. It did take off ok and about an hour later I scanned for floaters and didn't see anything. One barb on the tail treble hit gill...
