So I was looking at a map of Colorado Springs, and found a few parks that have ponds. I looked all over the internet, but there were a couple that I couldn't find any DIFINITIVE answers concerning fishing. Some sites say yes, some say no. And springs.gov contradicts itself on a few. So, my question is; does anyone know, or has anyone fished any of these places in the Springs? Monument Valley Park, Nancy E. Lewis Park, Ute Valley Park, or Mary Kyer Park. I'm trying to find some new places to fish, that are close. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Some great urban places to fish have little info on the web.

Best best is to drive by and look for signs regarding fishing or park rules. Another good resource is to call the parks department.

If there really isn't any info, just go drown a worm on a little baithook and see if anything bites. Probably the easiest way to tell if there is anything in there.

Even if its just sunfish as least you can see if there is any life.
