I have been finaly had some good luck with walleye after sucking the whole spring for them. Green, white, pumpkinseed and brown tube jigs and twister tails have been working for me, also a perch colored spoon has been good.

I havn't kept a walleye all year. I need to start eating a few of these guys

Got into some nice bluegill this week also. I think that they are the best looking fish around.

Dang! Are these really redears? When I caught them I just thought they were pumpkin seeds because I've caught a lot of pumpkin seeds here before. If these were redears, I might have caught a state record, I got a real nice one that I didn't get a Pict of, close to 10".

Nice catch. Those are 100% pumpkinseed, although lightly colored compared to others. They can vary in color but the spots within the fins give it away. Also, the wavy lines on the cheek. A near 10" p-seed in Colorado is a very good catch.

PM me your spot and I'll confirm for myself;D

Wow, those 'gills look like they've been working out, that's some good eating there! What kind of plastic is that in his mouth?
